Description
This is a 110L air to air 2-zone basket type thermal shock test chamber with a professional design. It is well designed to deliver reliable and high-precision performance. This thermal shock test chamber boasts a robust housing for durability.
- 110L air to air 2-zone basket type thermal shock test chamber.
- Power supply: AC 380V (±10%) 50Hz 3∮ 5-wire 50A.
- Zones: hot zone/cold zone.
- Basket size: 650 (W) x 460 (D) x 370 (H) mm.
- Exterior size: 1,580 (W) x 1,870 (D) x 1,890 (H) mm.
- Hot zone temperature range: +50°C - +200°C.
- Cold zone temperature range: -50°C - -10°C.
- Temperature fluctuation: ±1.5°C°C.
- Indication resolution: 0.01°C.
- Heat up and cool down time: in the hot zone, about 30 minutes from the room temperature to 200°C (empty chamber) and in the cold zone, about 50 minutes from the room ambient temperature to -50°C (empty chamber).
- Basket moves from the cold zone to the hot zone in only 10 - 15 seconds.
- Basket: use imported air cylinder and crown block to control the move of the basket.
- Basket fool-proofing design.
- Chamber materials: cold and heat resistant SUS#304 stainless steel for the internal chamber, galvanized steel with an ivory white powder coated finish for the external chamber.
- Insulation: glass wool and PUF, thickness: 100mm.
- Perspiration resistant: K style tube.
- Accessories: temperature resistant silicone gasket x 2 (see the spare part list), loading capacity of a specimen basket: 50kg/timer (9999.99h) x 1/cable port (diameter: 50mm)/high low temperature auto-converting unit x 1 set.
