Region: Tuscany
Territory of origin: Hills and plateaus of the Province of Arezzo.
History: Historical our viticulture, Etruscans and Romans vinificavano in our land as evidenced by the finding of millstones, jugs and vases coral. Ancient winemaking traditions enriched and enhanced by our expert growers.
Harvest: Manual, with thorough selection of the grapes.
Vines: “Tuscan Trebbiano” and “Malvasia del Chianti” in synergism with other white varieties from Tuscany.
Vinification: Typically in white with the strict control of fermentation temperatures.
Recommended temperature: 10 - 12 °C
