SOLUSTRO wine

- Type of wine: Dry white
- Harvest: Between end of September and beginning of October.
- Made from grapes grown in the sunny hillside vineyard in the historic Verdicchio area, this wine expresses great softness, balance and aromas of fruit and white flowers.
- Fresh, balanced and lingering with full aromas of fruit and white flowers, it has the almondy finish typical of Verdicchio.
- Colour: Pale straw yellow with golden hues.
- Perfume: Over fruity and with flower nose with hawthorn, apple, a citric note and the typical almond overtone.
- Flavour: Fresh, savoury and mellow with a persistent and typical almond aftertaste complementing its bouquet.
- Hot and cold starters, grilled vegetables, seafood and pasta or rice dishes.
- NORMAL
- It is the traditional harvest, taking place in the months of September and October, allowing a harvesting with the right balance of sugars and acids in the wine produced.
