Description
- This is a SamSung ARM920T and S3C2440A GPS system of 300/ 400MHz.
- It has low power of 64MBytes and is touch screen supported.
- The LTV350QV-F0 is transmissive with micro reflective TFT.
- It has built-in USB client 1.1 with full speed of 12Mbps.
- There is 3.3V TTL UART for GPS Module and SD/ Multimedia card slot for extra memory.
- The speaker is a mono 1W at 8ohm or 2W at 4ohm speaker.
- The module and antenna are built-in with SiRF star III is optional.
- The GPS system is operated by 1100~1600mAH/3.7V Li rechargeable battery.
