Barbera D'alba Sup Doc “Bricco Delle Olive” is made with 100% Barbera grapes and aged for 15 months in tonneau French oak. It has an intense ruby red with carnet reflections. The taste and aroma of the wine is ethereal and fragrant. It is great for paring with red meats and wild game, grilled or broiled. The best serving temperature is at 20 to22 degrees Celsius.
